Who we are

RAGED UK MMA ("RAGED UK", "we", "us") runs live MMA events at MECA Swindon and this website at raged.uk. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Fighter applications: name, age, contact details, weight/record, gym, coach, location and any experience or links you provide, submitted via the Compete page.
• Sponsor enquiries: business and contact details submitted via the Sponsor page.
• General enquiries: name, email and message submitted via the Contact page.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, if you opt in.
• Fighter applicants: we add your email to our fighter mailing list so you hear when new cards are announced. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• Ticket purchases: handled entirely by Ticket Tailor. We don't see or store your card details.

Why we collect it

To consider fighter applications and matchmaking, respond to sponsor and general enquiries, and, only if you opt in, send you updates about events, fighter opportunities or sponsorship. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

We use the following processors to run this site and our operations. Each only receives the data needed for its purpose:

• Netlify: website hosting and form submissions.
• Airtable: our fighter matchmaking database.
• beehiiv: our email newsletter platform, used for newsletter subscribers, sponsor enquirers who opt in, and fighter applicants.
• Ticket Tailor: ticket sales and payment processing.
• Google Analytics: anonymous, aggregated website usage statistics.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent (e.g. unsubscribe from emails) at any time. To do this, contact us at info@raged.uk.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. It sets cookies that collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as pages viewed and general location). We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
